Our swap family got us this bike to borrow while we're here. It's weird to ride because it's like steering a shopping cart. We biked the 4 miles to the center of Copenhagen which was like riding the freeway of bikes to town! It feels like everyone bikes - older people, kids, all sizes, women in heels and actually women are half the riders which is unlike Berkeley where the percentage of riders is more like 70% male riders.This is where we toured the castle and saw the Crown jewels. The current royal family still uses the jewels for events. They just can't wear them out of Denmark.
